Jemma Renshaw has an academic background in Psychology and Sociology, and has spent over 10 years in cybersecurity consulting, including roles at Deloitte Australia, Deloitte UK, and Sia Partners in Singapore. At Deloitte, she built her specialism in security culture and behaviour change and led the launch of Australia’s first national cybersecurity apprenticeship programme. She now runs Cyber Compass Consulting in Singapore, where her work covers corporate security culture and community cyber safety education which includes programmes for parents, families, and children navigating an increasingly digital world with a growing focus on how AI reshapes those same risks.
