Louise K. Allen is the Chief Products Officer at Planview, responsible for Planview’s Products organization spanning product strategy, positioning, and roadmaps for Planview’s Portfolio Management and Work Management solutions. She has more than 20 years of experience in strategic product direction with a passion for delivering innovative products and solutions to the marketplace. Louise has been a driving force in Planview’s diversity and inclusion initiative by co-founding the Women@Planview ERG (Employee Resource Group).

Louise joined Planview in 2008 from QuickArrow, where she served as vice president of product strategy and drove the company from self-funded startup to consistently profitable powerhouse. She has also held leadership positions with Tivoli Systems, an IBM company, and NetQoS. Louise has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Trinity University and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.

Louise currently lives in Austin and has two amazing kids. True to her tennis background, she enjoys golf, swimming, and working out. She is passionate about mentoring the next generation of talent and volunteers her time as a mentor at Ceresa and informally for up-and-coming leaders.
