Mitch Milner is a Senior Principal Solutions Engineer at Qualtrics. Having spent his early career in Hotel Operations, he has deep expertise in Customer Experience and scaling action across a large workforce. At Qualtrics, Mitch is the technical architect and has supported some of the largest migrations of Experience Management programs to Qualtrics. His deep understanding of the technology and methodology enables him to bring to the life the visions practitioners have for their the next stage of their program and how it delivers value to the entire organization.
