As a data researcher, Brian works at the intersection of Forrester’s research teams and the research analytics organization, enabling data adoption and usage of Forrester’s proprietary data assets and uncovering new hypotheses for research teams to pursue. Brian collaborates with analysts and research directors to produce high-quality reports, presentations, and client advisory products that showcase various consumer and business data trends.
Brian supports research across the following practice areas: customer experience (CX); user experience and design; healthcare; financial services; retail; revenue operations; digital business and strategy; and business insights, analytics, and AI.
