The Executive Leadership Exchange (ELE) is a qualification-only program. It is designed to deliver a premium experience for C-level CX, Marketing, and Digital Executives. The program will expand on the Forrester thought leadership presented at the conference and create a private senior executive network supporting leaders’ priorities. Facilitated networking sessions will be offered that target best practices aligned to executive priorities.

New: Future Leaders Program

Future Leaders is new program designed to provide young professionals with unique exposure to Forrester frameworks, networking opportunities, and specialized content geared towards making an impact early in one’s career.

The program is targeted at young professionals, nominated by senior sponsors in their organizations, attending CX Forum East 2026. Forrester will also arrange specialized networking opportunities for the Forrester Future Leaders cohort throughout the event.

Nominations are due May 12, 2026.

CX Event Certification: Advance To Journey Management

Many organizations invest heavily in journey mapping, yet maps rarely drive consistent outcomes. The next frontier is using journeys as an operating system to prioritize improvements, mobilize stakeholders, and drive measurable value. By participating in this Forrester event Certification program, you’ll walk away with practical steps to help your organization advance from journey mapping to journey management for continuous CX improvement thanks to better insights, speed, and governance. 

This Certification program provides in-person event attendees with a curated experience, guided practice applying Forrester’s ideas and frameworks to their own organization, and the opportunity to earn professional recognition by completing the program requirements.
