Summary

The modern web page weight is bloated. Images generate over half the payload, many of which are ill suited to download and/or view on a mobile device. This report outlines the basics of responsive images and HTTP 2.0 and helps application development and delivery (AD&D) professionals understand how to take advantage of them.
