Managed print services (MPS) are designed to help a business streamline the management of and thereby minimize costs associated with printing and imaging, offering services such as productivity enhancement and reduction of energy consumption. During the next five years, MPS platforms will incorporate advanced policy software, mobile solutions, business process management (BPM) and case management, business rules, analytics, and integration with enterprise production platforms.
