Why Read This Report

While eCommerce continues to grow and take market share from the physical retail channel, retailers also look to experiment with new approaches to their web businesses such as social commerce and mobile selling. Both of those tactics have generated only single digits in sales for most retailers but promise to capture more marketing dollars in the year to come as web retailers anticipate big gains from those channels in the coming months.
