AI offers event teams powerful tools to help meet the needs of increasingly demanding audiences while addressing urgent budget and resource constraints. Yet, according to data from Forrester’s Q1 2025 State Of B2B Events Survey, adoption remains limited. Although 59% of marketers use or plan to use AI for event content creation and around 50% for content repurposing and data analysis, only 25% use or plan to use it for repetitive pre-event management tasks such as venue selection and planning. Uptake of AI-powered chatbots and personalization tools also remains low. Despite its slow uptake, AI’s potential to transform events is undeniable.
