BUILD TRUST AND AGILITY WITH AN EA PROCESS FRAMEWORK

This report outlines the process framework of Forrester's solution for enterprise architecture (EA) professionals building a high-performance EA practice. The process framework links EA activities to business change efforts, ensuring alignment and enhancing organizational agility. EA teams that are just starting out will benefit from this framework in its entirety, while mature EA organizations can employ it to make incremental improvements. Delivering and managing technology is complicated, involving many stakeholders and processes.
