Create A Strategy To Leverage Emerging Technology

For many organizations, the use of emerging technology is confusing, slow, and problematic. Which emerging technologies should be part of IT's standard approach? Which should IT push for business to sponsor? Which might the business demand as it reacts to market pressures? And that's the challenge: The organization must be able to predict the future. Being prepared for such uncertainty is the key to enabling agile use of emerging technology.
