Forrester’s Consumer Europe Survey, 2022, shows that when European consumers discover that a company is becoming more environmentally friendly, they are interested in learning more about its specific environmental actions. They also consider buying from the brand, consider choosing it as a replacement for one that they currently buy from, and are willing to recommend it to their friends, family, and/or colleagues.
