Forrester's Emerging Technology ReCPI Explained (Part 3): Prove

This report provides detailed guidance on proving your emerging technologies’ research and evaluation efforts as part of our ReCPI framework. We break prove work into three components with different objectives: 1) proving the capabilities and maturity trajectory of the emerging technologies involved with an opportunity; 2) evaluating the fit of an opportunity with your firm’s culture and talent; and 3) evaluating the fit of an opportunity with your firm’s processes and architecture. For the prove component of the ReCPI framework, we provide specific work objectives, activities, and outputs.
