How Employees In Singapore Feel About COVID-19

COVID-19 is spreading globally, affecting life in more than 200 countries. Our #pandemicEX research project aims to understand how employees are experiencing this. Forrester’s Q1 2020 Singapore PandemicEX Survey revealed the employee experience of 271 Singaporean adults working part or full time during the COVID-19 crisis. Most employees in Singapore are optimistic about the future and trust that the government is taking strong enough steps to resolve the crisis. Only 54% of workers in Singapore agree that their company has the technology resources needed to support working from home. Singapore’s new “circuit breaker” means that most workplaces will be closed from April 7 to May 4; companies’ tech resources will be stretched in that critical period as more people work from home.
