Leaders are facing a talent crunch; it is harder, takes longer, and costs more to attract the talent they need. The most successful organizations will leverage a skills-based talent practice, an adaptive approach that continuously attracts, measures, and develops the skills workers need to meet the evolving demands required by the company’s strategic aims.
