Managers of hybrid teams encounter new challenges in one-on-one and team engagement with their direct reports. We surveyed 828 employees through Forrester’s ConsumerVoices Market Research Online Community (MROC), Q4 2022 (Canada, UK, US) to understand hybrid work dynamics. While employees face new challenges, few leaders have access to guidance on how to enable, empower, and cultivate culture for their teams. This report introduces an approach and assessment to practice mindful management in hybrid work teams.
