Thirty percent of respondents in North America, 26% in Asia Pacific, and 23% in Europe say they’re using these solutions. Although commerce search is not new, this tech market is. Digital businesses should analyze this recently reinvented tech category as an opportunity to improve customer experience and business metrics without requiring very large or costly changes to their commerce tech ecosystem.
