Most US Consumers Won't Pay For In-Home Services

Although just 5% of US consumers currently use in-home services (IHS), 27% are interested in using them in the future. Many "intenders" currently plan to spend less than $50 for IHS, so marketers still have their work cut out for them to try and sell consumers on the value and convenience of IHS.
