Summary

The Forrester Partner Onboarding Framework is a process-driven approach that minimizes ramp-up time for new partners and maximizes ongoing partner engagement and productivity. The final stage of the onboarding framework — authorize — includes activities that happen between the end of the partner’s first month and the third or fourth month.
