Summary

This role profile provides a job description and competencies for the content/information architect. This role is responsible for organizing, structuring, and labelling content so that audiences can find the right information and complete important tasks. Applying their expertise in user behavior and psychology, content/information architects conduct user research and data analysis as inputs to generate wireframes, diagrams, site maps, taxonomies, and other materials.
