Summary

Design, sometimes referred to as user experience (UX) or experience design (XD), can improve customer and employee experiences, driving increased customer loyalty. A more mature design function increases the chances for experience improvement. This assessment tool helps customer experience (CX) and design leaders determine the maturity of their design efforts and suggests a roadmap for improvement based on design’s focus, process, people, and technology in an organization.
