Public sector records and information management programs are stuck in paper and processes designed for physical records. This is not sustainable as more records are born digital and volumes of data and documents continue to rise. Enterprise architecture (EA) professionals in public sector must help their records management (RM) peers find ways to automate records capture and shift to a digital-first way of working.
