Data from the Forrester Analytics Consumer Technographics® COVID-19 Survey (Wave 1) shows that European consumers, especially in Italy, fear the upcoming recession and are starting to actively save money. The pandemic crisis is accelerating changes in how European consumers communicate, buy, bank, and perceive value. Some new behaviors learned in the crisis will become habits once the pandemic is over.
