Amy Summy

EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, and Head of Consumer Business , Labcorp

Amy is EVP, Chief Marketing Officer, and Head of Consumer Business (2020 – present) a $15B life sciences and healthcare leader Labcorp (NYSE:LH). She is responsible for the company’s Consumer business line, Labcorp OnDemand, as well as all aspects of global marketing and digital experience including brand and reputation, digital platforms and ecommerce, commercialization, product management, data analytics and insights, and communications.

Amy was previously a partner with Ernst & Young (EY) where she led the firm’s Marketing & Insights Practice within EY Digital, growing the firm’s marketing and digital transformation business with Fortune 50 clients. She joined EY from TE Connectivity (NYSE:TEL), a $16B global manufacturer of connector and sensor technologies. At TE, she led the transformation of customer facing functions, embedding digital capabilities and data in the marketing, product introduction, sales and service processes. She also created the company’s ecommerce business line, expanding sales and market share with small- and mid-size customers in North America, Europe and China.

Prior to TE, Amy held executive roles at global digital consultancy Sapient during the company’s growth from 300 employees to over 10,000 employees and $1B in revenue. Amy began her career in product management at Dun & Bradstreet.

Amy is a board member of No More Kids with Cancer and serves as a member of the Corporate Council of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. She has received wide recognition for her leadership, including being named on the 2021 Forbes CMO Next list and a Top 25 Consultant by Consulting Magazine.

Amy holds a B.B.A. in Finance from Kent State University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
