Andy Ford has spent more than 2 decades driving UX and product strategy for companies of all sizes, from iconic companies such as IBM, State Farm and Kimberly-Clark through emerging tech innovators in digital commerce, mobile wallets, and more. In his current role as Global Head of Product Design at Kimberly-Clark, Andy guides and drives product strategy and execution for a 150-year old CPG brand undergoing large-scale digital transformation. This includes prioritizing and leading multiple global product initiatives that deliver digital experience excellence at unprecedented scale: Kimberly-Clark’s brands like Huggies, Kleenex, and Kotex are essential to nearly 25% of the world’s population every day.
