Beth is a technology executive with deep experience in IT leadership, strategy development, systems deployment, digital transformation, and CXO advisory work.

Prior to joining Forrester, Beth held a wide range of IT executive management roles. She was Constellation Energy’s first CIO and later became the CAO. While at Constellation, she restructured IT, integrated acquisitions, and undertook a range of major projects including deploying new computing infrastructure, rolling out state-of-the-art systems, and assisting the business to enable a 5% per year EPS growth. During her tenure, the company quickly grew revenue from $2.9 billion to $21 billion per year. Later, she was the CIO at the Maryland State Department of Education and the Maryland Live Casino.

Throughout her career, Beth has also held a variety of consulting and coaching roles, most notably as VP and program director at the Gartner Research Board. There, she worked with Fortune 100 C-level executives to understand and respond to the impact of technology developments on business model innovation and the creation of digital-infused products and services.
