Bill Thompson

Bill Thompson leads Rightpoint’s mobility-centered business, responsible for creating connected experiences across land, sea, air and virtual environments. For 17 years at General Motors, Bill focused on digital experiences and was responsible for in-vehicle user experience, digital transformation and strategic design. He is a Lecturer at the University of Michigan, teaching Customer Experience Design for the Automotive Industry. Bill emphasizes the significance of seamless digital experiences for both users and brands, particularly in a future of boundless mobility options.
