Christy is a principal analyst serving CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and practitioners, helping them achieve great business results through technology. Christy’s research and advisory focuses on digital workplace and digital employee experience (DEX), with an emphasis on aligning enterprise digital strategies with business goals to improve employee productivity, drive efficiencies, mitigate risk, and ensure technology ROI.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE

Christy brings more than 20 years of experience leading digital workplace strategy and transformation at Fortune 500 companies. At Liberty Mutual, she led the Engineering Experience team, integrating employee journeys with business priorities to reduce friction across the technology lifecycle. At Wells Fargo, she drove digital workplace and DEX strategy, spearheading modernization initiatives such as reimagining the enterprise portal into a next-gen service layer that integrated Microsoft 365, HRIS, ITSM, LMS, and other platforms to deliver a personalized experience to 270,000 employees in 32 countries. Earlier in her career, she held digital strategy roles at a regulated energy company, advancing digital capabilities for collaboration, social media, and employee engagement.
