When he was tapped to manage his first team 20 years ago, Darren Kennedy couldn’t have guessed it would take him down a path of leading large-scale teams for a host of different organizations.

Darren got his start creating content for outlets including CNN, AOL, and WebMD, but he fell in love with managing teams as a Group Director at Engauge, a digital marketing agency in Atlanta, and brought this passion to his role as a Manager and later Senior Director of Customer Success at Pardot. He spent over six years at Pardot, growing the team nearly 6x globally throughout the company’s acquisition by Salesforce.

Looking to get back into a product-led, growth-stage company, Darren joined FullStory in 2019 to help reimagine the post-sale experience. Now as SVP of Customer Experience, he has expanded the original group of 14 team members to a global team that focuses on delivering deeper, more cohesive, and more meaningful experiences to FullStory’s users.

Darren lives outside Atlanta where he and his wife spend weekends cheering on their three kids at everything from basketball to dance recitals to lacrosse games.
