Elena Parlatore

Head of Global Consumer Experience, PepsiCo

Elena Parlatore is Senior Director of Global Insights and Global Head of Consumer Experience at PepsiCo. She’s responsible for directing strategy, engagement, innovation and transformation initiatives for the global consumer experience organization.

In previous roles at PepsiCo, she led e-commerce marketing for PepsiCo’s U.S. nutrition brand portfolio and led the digital team developing long-term strategic plans for all of Quaker’s integrated digital channels. Highlights and achievements during her tenure include being ranked by L2 as a digitally gifted brand, launching a first-of-its kind Alexa skill teaching consumers how to make Overnight Oats and the launch of Oatober, a 31-day celebration of the oat. Elena was also named Top Women in Digital Marketing 2019 and one of the 20 Rising Brand Stars to watch 2017.

Elena started her career with America’s first advertising agency – N.W. Ayer & Partners – on the KitchenAid account. She followed the brand to Saatchi & Saatchi and two years later to Whirlpool Corporate Headquarters. After spending four years driving marketing strategies and execution for Whirlpool’s premium brands – KitchenAid and Jenn-Air, Elena decided to focus on building an expertise in the digital space. Momentum drove her to Digitas, working in both the Boston and Chicago offices, where she managed the Sara Lee, Disney and Kraft accounts. She proudly holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in Communication.
