Jim Monroe has more than 20 years of experience in P&L leadership covering product and operations functions with a specific focus on customer facing teams. Jim has an obsession with driving customer adoption and ROI that is based in measurable outcomes. His teams have spearheaded health score measurement that uses data analytics to reduce customer churn and drive expansion. He currently leads the Ada Customer Experience teams which includes education, services, support, analytics and success. Jim lives in Richmond, Virginia and enjoys tennis, running and restoring historic properties.
