Kay partners with clients on CEO and senior executive search, board search, leadership assessment, and executive succession. ​

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Kay spent over 20 years building and leading energy-focused businesses that provided energy commodity, energy management, energy efficiency, and infrastructure services. Kay’s clients included regulated utilities, independent power providers, retail energy companies, public power entities, and large industrial, commercial, and institutional operations across North America. ​

Kay currently serves on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters Lone Star and on the advisory board for Utility 2030 Collaborative. She previously served on the board of directors for Texas Energy Association for Marketers and as the national committee chair for National Energy Marketers Association.
