Enterprise Solutions Architect, Caterpillar

Keith Thach has been at Caterpillar for over 28 years and has led multiple business and/or technical transformations.  Since 2019, he has served as the IT Customer Experience Program Manager for Enterprise IT. In his role, he is accountable to ensure that IT is a catalyst for the business and that IT customer communities feel appreciated, secure, and that engaging with IT is as effortless as possible.
