Kristina Coppernoll Mandrelle’s passion and advocacy for the customer has been the underpinning of her 19-year career with Consumers Energy, an investor-owned utility providing natural gas and electricity to 6.7 million residents (67% of Michigan’s total population). She currently leads the Consumers Energy Experience Design Team, which drives enrollment and engagement across a $25M portfolio with over fifty products and services by designing intuitive, helpful customer experiences that anticipate and address customer problems.
