Mick Stapleton is a true problem-solver at heart. With a mechanical engineering degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, he found his passion in using technology to solve problems. Mick has a wealth of experience in program management, data mining and analysis, quality assurance, executive administration, and leadership. He brings a unique perspective to the importance of customer feedback for business success, honed from his previous work as a senior systems engineer at Lockheed Martin. His most recent project involved building a fully automated system to close customer feedback loops at scale, showcasing his expertise in operations and analytics.
