Natalie has pioneered and led the central Cloud Economics and FinOps capability for HSBC IT focussed on ensuring HSBC realise the value and benefit of their cloud migration journey.  She is an award-winning industry thought leader in this discipline and holds two NED board seats in relation to her expertise.

Previously she spent 4+ years as the IT COO for Cloud & DevOps, 4 years prior as a Snr Global Business Manager preceded by 14 years’ experience as a client facing management consultant for leading global consultancies (Accenture and IBM) working across multiple industries including financial sector, national retail, government, pharmaceutical and resources – all FTSE 100 listed.

She is an enthusiastic self-starter with a proven and applied track record in large scale transformation, global programme delivery, effective problem solving and driving efficiency programmes.  She passionate about delivery excellence, inspiring change and actively promotes outcome driven results.

Through her current role she has embedded a collaborative and customer centric culture and is referred to as an inspirational leader who encourages teamwork and empowers her team to succeed, ensuring that all team members feel valued, heard and supported.

Natalie is also a key player in the development of ‘In their Shoes’ the immersive training module introducing Josiah to help colleagues learn about the challenges of unconscious bias, microaggressions and stereotyping and the positives of micro inclusions and inclusive leadership.
