Natalie is an experienced strategist, at HSBC she has played a fundamental role in the design and implementation of the Global Cloud Services, FinOps, and DevOps business functions. She has pioneered and lead the central Cloud Economics and FinOps capability ensuring HSBC realise the value and benefit of their cloud migration journey.

Having spent 5+ years as the IT COO for Cloud & DevOps, 5 years as a Senior Global Business Manager preceded by 13 years’ experience as a client facing management consultant for leading global consultancies, Natalie has worked across multiple industries including financial sector, national retail, government, pharmaceutical and resources – all FTSE 100 listed.

Natalie has a proven and applied track record in large scale transformation, global programme delivery, effective problem solving and driving efficiency programmes.
