Paul Boyns is the Head of Architecture for the John Lewis Partnership, the UK’s largest employee-owned business with over 350 UK shops across its John Lewis and Waitrose brands and an annual revenue of over £10bn.

Paul is accountable for technology strategy across its lines of business, ensuring tech can deliver the brand ambitions whilst driving pace and efficiency.

Prior to JLP, Paul was Head of IT Strategy & Policy at the BBC
