Seth Patton has worldwide marketing responsibility for Microsoft Customer and Employee Experience solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics Sales, Marketing and Service, and Microsoft Viva. Viva is Microsoft’s employee experience platform that helps organizations foster a culture that empowers people and teams to thrive at work. Seth and his team lead product marketing and go-to-market strategy to help Microsoft customers advance their customer experience and employee engagement. Prior to this, Seth led product marketing for content management and collaboration solutions including SharePoint, OneDrive, Yammer and Outlook. Before that, Seth led the Industry Solutions team for Microsoft Dynamics, including both CRM and ERP product lines as well as Product Marketing for Dynamics CRM. Patton was also Senior Director of Product Management for Microsoft Project, where he led the worldwide business and marketing organization. Prior to Microsoft, Patton spent three years at Corio, an enterprise Cloud services provider for CRM and ERP applications, which was acquired by IBM, and five years as a Managing Consultant with Accenture.
