Chief Marketing Officer, International, Dun & Bradstreet
Susan joined Dun & Bradstreet in January 2022 and leads the International Marketing and Communications Team. In this role Susan is responsible for developing and executing our marketing and communications strategy across International, which incorporates Europe, India, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as the company’s global Worldwide Network. This includes brand, public relations, crisis management, social media, demand generation, website development and product marketing.
A long-time marketer with experience across tech and finance sectors, Susan joined from multinational professional services firm TMF Group, where she was Global Chief Marketing Officer with responsibility across 85 countries and 120 offices for the full suite of marketing capabilities.
Prior to that, Susan spent 15 years in Asia, where she held roles as regional director for Asia Pacific at TMF Group in Malaysia and as regional director for Wolters Kluwer in Singapore. Susan acts as a company spokesperson and storyteller, regularly appearing in top print, digital and broadcast media. She is a seasoned event speaker.
Canadian by birth, Susan also holds a British passport and Singapore permanent residency. She is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal.
