Tom Ellis heads Consumer, Retail & Preferred Banking Technology for Bank of America. In this capacity, his team is responsible for the strategy, engineering, and delivery of Bank of America’s award-winning client experience platforms: Retail and Consumer Mobile Apps, Erica, Voice, Call Center, Financial Center and ATM channels. Tom co-leads Global Technology’s Generative AI Forum, which works across technology and the bank’s eight line of business teams to maintain and further develop a sustainable eco-system for current and future AI activities across the firm, respectively.
