The 2024 B2B Return On Integration Honors showcase organizations that have achieved strong sales, marketing and product alignment, and as a result have improved company performance. Specific criteria include:
- Your organization must demonstrate it has integrated sales, marketing and product in a unique fashion.
- Your organization must have tightly aligned sales, marketing, product and customer experience goals. – Your organization may have demonstrated the advanced use of technology to support shared/interlocked processes.
- Your organization has measured the results of alignment.
Return On Integration (ROI) Award Winner(s) will be announced prior to the Forrester B2B Summit North America event and winners will present their success stories in a main stage keynote during the event.
