Doug is vice president of product management for Forrester’s research offerings for technology executives, security and risk leaders, and technology architecture and delivery leaders. He is responsible for delivering new products and enhancements that increase client value and improve the customer experience. Doug received Forrester’s 2016 award for customer obsession.
