Before joining Forsta as managing Director Heath was the owner and CEO of Dapresy Asia Pacific and has worked as a Director at a market research company that specialised in VoC programs. Heath believes strongly that a single view of the customer can only be achieved by combining the silos of information that exist both externally and internally to the organisation.
