The Event Experience

We will meet you where you want. CX APAC attendees can choose to join in person, digitally, or both. All attendees will have access to:  

  • Engaging keynote sessions, track sessions, and case studies that will uncover key considerations and best practices to help you deliver exceptional experiences for your customers.  
  • Special sessions, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) content to help you and your organization in your commitment to DEI.  
  • On-demand access to the sessions post-event until May 24, 2024. The guest keynotes will be available for 90 days as permitted. 

All attendees joining us in Sydney will experience two full days of main conference content from May 25–26, featuring facilitated discussions, workshops, and other special sessions. In-person attendees will have access to all onsite content, sponsors, and experiences in addition to the digital experiences. Additional in-person experiences include:  

  • One-on-one meetings with expert analysts to discuss your top priorities. View the analyst coverage areas.  
  • Hands-on workshops and networking sessions led by Forrester experts and analysts who are dedicated to addressing the pressing topics for you and your peers.  
  • Special sessions to help you apply lessons learned to your own business.  
  • Opportunities to connect with leading cx, marketing, and digital vendors on the marketplace show floor. 

Digital experience attendees will have access to the conference content, sponsors, and immersive experiences via a robust portal designed to maximize attendee and sponsor experiences. Additional digital experiences include:  

  • All Forrester keynotes and breakout sessions on demand. 
  • Digital-only sessions not available in person.  
  • Sponsor marketplace with leading cx, marketing, and digital solution providers. 
  • Digital sponsor marketplace featuring sponsor collateral and opportunities to engage with sponsors of interest.  
  • Guided platform orientation to ensure that you are confident in navigating the event.  
  • Self-serve networking, featuring attendee search.  
  • Digital access until May 24, 2024. 

Registration Information

Registration is open to the public. Attendees can purchase tickets directly on the website. If you have received a discount/voucher code, please select the option to use “Credit card and/or discount voucher” and enter the code into the “Voucher Code” field. If you are a Forrester client, you may have access to event tickets as part of your overall account relationship. If you have confirmed that you have an available ticket to use, please register on the website and select the optionPre-purchased code.” You will need to enter a registration code associated with your event ticket. Please contact your account team or events@forrester.com with any questions or to obtain your registration code. If you have confirmed that you have available service units, please select the option “Service units.” Your registration will be pending until you receive a confirmation email indicating that your service units have been processed. 

How to get approval to attend CX APAC

We have created a justification letter for anyone interested in getting approval to attend our event. The letter includes why you should attend, what you will learn, and your expense breakdown. 

Pricing and Team Send Opportunities

For teams who purchase 10 or more tickets, we offer a Team Send Program with special team pricing and exclusive team benefits. Bring your expertise to the stage! Apply to speak here. Submissions will be considered on a rolling basis until all speaking slots are filled. If your submission is selected, a Forrester events representative will contact you to discuss next steps.

Onsite Experience

Forrester will continue to do all it can to ensure the health and safety of event attendees. Please stay vigilant. As always, we encourage attendees to follow local guidelines to keep themselves and each other safe.

Forrester analysts with coverage spanning across several disciplines will be onsite at the event. Attendees received an email to book a meeting to discuss their organization’s top priorities. Download the Forrester Events app to book your one-on-one!

The Forrester Events app is available for download in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The mobile app will be your roadmap for your onsite experience: you can build your agenda, network with other attendees, book meetings with sponsors, offer feedback on sessions, and more! Most presentations will also be available in the mobile app during the live event.  

Attendees will have several opportunities to connect with their peers: during meals and special evening receptions, at the Marketplace, or via analyst-led meetups and the Forrester Hub. Details of these opportunities will be shared in pre-event emails and in the mobile app. 

The Forrester Hub is an opportunity to connect and recharge! Plan to meet up at the Hub, where you can get together with your colleagues in a relaxed environment. There will be comfortable seating, charging stations, and beverages nearby. Come to the Hub to ask product questions, update customer preferences, and relax in between sessions.

We want to ensure that all our attendees can participate fully in our event! If you did not indicate any specific accommodations during registration, you may email events@forrester.com before the event.

All attendees will have access to the digital platform to watch sessions on demand until May 24, 2024. Attendees will receive access to the platform via email.

We want to ensure that all our attendees have a positive experience. Attendees will be able to provide feedback in the mobile app and in a survey link shared post-event. For every attendee that completes our event survey, we will plant a tree with One Tree Planted. If you require an immediate response, please contact events@forrester.com for any support.

Digital Experience

If you are attending onsite, be sure to create your onsite schedule directly in the mobile app.
