Head of Deal Desk Programs, Worldwide Commercial Operations, ADP

Jane Stinis is the Head of Deal Desk Programs within ADP’s Worldwide Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, Jane has led the creation and implementation of the Deal Acceleration Desk across several ADP sales segments. She is focused on revolutionizing the sales process for sellers, enabling cross-functional transparency, and fostering a customer-centric support model. Jane is committed to building at-scale best-practices, delivering measurable results, and incorporating the voice of the customer in all decision-making processes.

Prior to her current role, Jane served as Director and Manager of Worldwide Commercial Operations CoE where she expanded the Insights & Reporting portfolio to deliver standardized metrics, KPIs, and insights across all ADP sales segments. She helped broaden the scope of CRM Support by shepherding territory management, account research, data maintenance, FAQs, and more.

Jane joined ADP in 2017 as a founding member of the CoE’s leadership team to help transform the Sales Insights & Reporting and Territory Management practices across ADP’s small business services and PEO segments. Her leadership skills and vast knowledge of sales optimization have proven instrumental in shaping the organization’s success.

Previously, Jane held roles in sales and project management at DeVry University and Everglades University. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University and is certified in Project Management.
