Lisa Stifelman-Perry is the Director of Global Partner Experience Operations at Splunk. With nearly 15 years in the channel, her career has led her to one passion; creating and delivering a world-class experience for Partners. Lisa lives this passion by leading, driving, and collaborating with cross-functional teams using a Partner First strategy and approach in various projects and initiatives from intake to execution. Her goal is to support ease of doing business with empathy at the heart of every partner interaction. Lisa is a people leader of an amazing team today and has been a leader, player, coach, and mentor throughout her career (sometimes all at the same time). It’s getting things done with a focus on quality and seeing people learn and grow that is most rewarding to her!
