Global Customer Experience Manager, Nearmap

Lloyd is currently the Global Customer Experience Manager for Nearmap, an aerial imagery and location intelligence technology company, where he focuses on finding ways to improve the Customer Experience across the company to help drive growth and retention. With strong leadership and influence skills, Lloyd has also had a track record of collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across the executive and individual contributor levels, building robust professional relationships across complex businesses to deliver the customer transformation roadmap. Prior to this, Lloyd spent 11 years of his career at Woolworths Group, where he rose through the ranks from operations to having full accountability for the Voice-of-Customer program. He also implemented technology to incorporate Voice-of-Team for the company.
