Mike Cingari

SVP - Customer Experience, Marketing Operations & Strategy, Verizon Business

Mike Cingari leads the Customer Experience, Marketing Operations and Marketing Strategy organization for the Verizon Business Group. Responsible for the overall end-to-end experience for Global Enterprise, Business Markets, and Public Sector segments. In addition, he has responsibility for a leading analytics organization responsible for sales reporting, customer insights, AI predictive/prescriptive machine learning modeling, bringing data driven decisions to the forefront of all of our decisions. The organization has leading industry experts focused on customer experience, end-to-end lifecycle journey mapping, marketing and customer analytics and business intelligence.

Previously, Cingari led the Marketing Science and Lifecycle Management organization for the Verizon Business Group. Responsible for the overall base growth and retention strategies to drive profitability from the Global Enterprise, Business Markets and Public Sector customer bases. Bringing data driven decisions to the forefront through AI and Machine Learning propensity models, along with the delivery of leading MarTech solutions at scale, and close partnerships and strong collaboration with the frontline sales and service teams to drive value based solutions with a flawless customer experience. Prior to that, Cingari led the CRM Consumer Markets organization responsible for base pricing strategies, end-to-end lifecycle management, and the marketing technology stack for NBO for the Fios, HSI, and Copper networks. He also led the Marketing Analytics Business Intelligence team that had both onshore and offshore data scientists. Mike also served as the Director of Field Marketing Operations for the Northeast Verizon Wireless Area responsible for the Marketing and Sales execution forB2B, SMB, Retail, and Indirect. Serving over 23 million
Consumer and Business customers, Cingari led the Market’s growth and loyalty strategy/execution and supported the New England, New York/New Jersey, Maryland/Virginia, and Philadelphia Tri-State Markets.

From 1998 to 2006, Cingari held various positions with increasing responsibilities from Outside Plant Engineering, Network Engineering, Finance, Marketing and Field Operations. Cingari serves on the Central Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of New Jersey, Academic Advisory Board Member for the University of California-Irvine, and a member of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. Cingari earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University and a master’s degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
