Division Vice President, Worldwide Commercial Operations, ADP

Neel Shah is the Division Vice President of ADP’s Worldwide Commercial Operations. In his role, Neel has led a multi-year transformation of ADP’s Commercial Operations Center of Excellence (CoE). He is focused on driving sales productivity, functional optimization & efficiency, and improving experiences for both associates and clients, all while delivering measurable impact. He currently oversees several commercial operations functions: Sales Insights and Analytics, Deal Desk, Global RFPs, CRM & Support Technology, Partner Enablement, Sales Diagnostics, and more. Neel is committed to building and maturing high-performing teams and takes a data-led and results-driven approach while fostering a culture of trust and strong cross-functional partnerships.

Prior to his current role, Neel served as Vice President of Worldwide Commercial Operations, during which time he created ADP’s first Sales Operations CoE to centralize core operations activities across all ADP segments. He quickly expanded the original scope of the CoE to centralize Global RFP Operations and PEO Pre-Sales Support.

Neel joined ADP in 2012 as Manager of Sales Operations, leading Territory Optimization and GTM coverage planning for ADP’s Small Business Services. In 2015, he was promoted to Sr. Director of Sales Operations and expanded his scope to include Territory Optimization, Reporting and Insights, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Incentive Planning for the ADP’s SMB segments.

Previously, Neel held roles in Operations, Process Optimization and Program Management at AIG. He holds an MBA from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
