Sandra De Zoysa

Group Chief Customer Officer, Director Dialog Business Service , Dialog Axiata

Sandra is the Group Chief Customer Officer of Dialog Axiata, Chairperson – Digital Customer Experience Expert Working Group, Axiata Berhad and Director – Dialog Business Services, the contact center and digital and social channel management shared service subsidiary. In addition to her role at Dialog, she is a founding member and the first female Chairperson of SLASSCOM – the National Chamber for Knowledge and Innovation (IT/BPM Industry) (2021-2022), founding Board Member of the Women’s Chamber for Digital, Founding Member and past Vice President – Sri Lanka Institute of Service Management, Inaugural Advisory Board Member – IQPC CX Networks, UK and Advisory Committee Member – CX Asia, Singapore.

With over 3 decades of experience in the ICT industry, Sandra has 25 years of experience leading the largest contact management operation in the country with 1600+ associates. she is the recipient of multiple global & local awards for women in management, leadership, exceptional contribution and achievements in the sphere of Telco and Digital Customer Experience. Some notable global accolades include EQUALS in Tech Awards 2022 – Leadership in Tech category presented by UNWomen, SAARC Emerging Award – CIO Information & Technology Awards 2021 presented by CIO CONNECT, Customer Impact Awards 2021 – Global Top 8 Impact on the CX Profession presented by Customer Experience Professionals Association USA, CX Leader of the Year 2019 presented by MyCustomer, UK & CXPA CX Impact Award Winner 2015, Industry Champion Award Winner for Sri Lanka presented by Contact Center World, the Global Association for Contact Center Best Practices and Networking, Gold Coast Australia held in 2011.

Sandra is a fellow of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner and Scrum Master. She serves on the CXPA Asia Regional Leadership Council and is the only Certified Customer Experience Professional and Recognized Training provider in Sri Lanka for CXPA. She is passionate about uplifting the lives of rural women and children mentoring underserved women and college students jointly with Global Mentorship Initiative, SLASSCOM and women in management. Sandra is an avid Keynote Speaker, Presenter and Juror, who has spoken at over 300 global events and is a visiting lecturer at the University of Colombo School of Computing since 2009. She holds an Executive Master’s in Business Administration from University of West London, an alumna of the Cranfield School of Management UK, Harvard Business School USA, IMD Business School, Switzerland, and INSEAD Singapore.
